The Change Project Part-Time Field Organizer

About The Change Project

Founded in 2012, The Change Project's mission is to transform discrimination against all LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay Bisexual, Transgender, Queer) people into acceptance through the art of photography, social media campaigns, and partnerships with social justice organizations. The Change Project will bring greater visibility to the experiences of all LGBTQ people and raise awareness of the privileges individuals may carry within all aspects of their identities. We will also highlight the intersectionality inherent in human identity and demonstrate how understanding this intersectionality is important to achieving social equality. Our vision is for a society that accepts all people regardless of their sexual orientation and gender identity.
